I used to make the odd map back in Broodwar, and back then (and I assume still) there were 3rd party programs that were much better than the included StarEdit, SCMDraft I think it was https://19216801.onl/ .
I haven't actually looked too much at Starcraft 2's edit program, but before I get in too deep, are there better 3rd party ones I should be using? And possibly any good resources for learning? (I recall looking at WC3's editor and being confused at some of the scripts compared to BW, so I'm assuming SC2's one might also be a bit more advanced)
There are no third party editors for sc2 or third party tools in general that are made for sc2 in particular, mostly just plugins for certain programs, also, it's better to ask these questions on the discord for faster response time. The discord also has all the tools and information you could want.
