You can't... Posting those would be a bad idea... However you can download the client and use an mpq editor to get them but don't use then in any WoL maps they'll be banned.
Blizzard has said more then once that using HoTs stuff in WoL will get them banned. Not to mention the model type has changed so you can't even import then.
Unless they already said something about it they will probably only take action if you overdo it and reproduce the story of HotS in WoL or stuff like that. I could imagine that they will be fine with using a few HotS assets here and there as long as its subtle and only get really harsh if it is very obviously something that is not allowed (like using and reproducing whole units with assets, using way too many assets from HotS etc.). So I could imagine they are fine with it if you use a couple of terrain assets out of the campaign here and there or stuff like that.
That said, even if they are fine with it for a period of time (like they are with using WoW or Diablo assets, even though its not officially allowed), they have always the option of shutting your map down because of it if they please to do so. So better be safe than sorry and just use assets that are built into the package that is available or assets that you are officially allowed to use from another source.
What I'm trying to say is, I wouldn't expect or demand an official statement about this matter ;) Common sense is a useful talent toi have.
Another possibility is that they have some method to automatically detect HotS assets within the Import Editor. But I doubt that is the case.

I don't think this is possible - they'd need some kind of security that is bound to the model and animations of an asset, since anything else can easily be changed without impacting the asset as we see it in game at all.
But yeah - what you said is true, and it's also what I mentioned; being discrete and having common sense will tell you what to do. Nevertheless I've seen several people claim that 'Blizzard has said' that using HOTS assets in WOL is not allowed, which *does* make perfect sense for them to say (you could basically import HOTS into WOL and play the entire game without ever buying it), but which I haven't seen any kind of source on.

Yeah I agree with that :D
I just went all conspiracy theorist for a moment after I heard about that watermark within WoW screenshots that saves the server, date, time of the day etc. in each screenshot. So who knows!
i have ask jeack the archer where he find the quote ''using hots map will get you banned''
its the same like diablo you can impor a diablo model in sc
Yeah, except with Diablo it actually makes sense. With HOTS assets you can basically copy the entire HOTS... game over into WOL. You could make a map in WOL that is in every way the same as the HOTS map, meaning you could create HOTS inside WOL and allow people to play through the entire HOTS campaign and melee experience without ever buying HOTS. Diablo can't be recreated in the WOL engine and in that case it's simply about using Blizzard-made assets to spice up whatever map you're making.
but with sc classic (no bw) you can do the same but that was in 2003 2004
as a 8 year old boy i have do the same but the map was never banned but i dont get access to the campaign but all BW maps BW models can be created with the pro sc 1 edit
but my opion is its blizzard own mistake they have made the campaign map to the public
@ ghostnova yep but who will try it ( i dont im a ladder freak ;p)

Are you serious? They allow us such easy access to all these files and maps for OUR benefit. Your reaction is 'well it's their own fault if people abuse it'? What kind of fan are you? =/
It's like someone buying you a car as a gift and you saying "well it's your own fault" after you crash it into his living room.
i mean with that every advantage have an disadvantage also i dont mean all file´s i only mean the campaign maps
whats the value to access to the campaign maps
2 things i think
1 add a lurker or custom unit in the campaign
2 learning from triggers
thats all isn´t in my opinion its screwed up the campaign play because you can see the hole map (of course their is a warning but yhe) but its just my opinion if blizzard open the campain maps their are always people who do something with it
edit if you do something in the data editor or trigger editor the Mission commands bar come freaky out if it said kill the enamy base it said 54uyu324gh6g2h567 or something you can use a mod but one other change in the trigger editor you get h78aw6897afha or buttun/tooltip/trigger/doodad explosion
also an reason why its stupid to open the CAMPAIGN maps
For the record I never said the person would be banned I said the map would be banned i.e. it would be taken off of b.net forever. Though I don't know of any links I swear I've read somewhere your not supposed to use them.
@ taintedwisp no it dont have a queen M3 i alone have queen death queen deathroll and death swarm
the queen now used is in the WoL mod but its just the same
Anyone know where to download these .m3 models?
@T0ssWarr1or: Go

Source, please?

Wouldn't mind a source, though. It seems like a logical and clear-cut thing but I can't find Blizzard actually stating it anywhere.

Throw the models in a map and call it hots beta models and see if you get banned. It's the only way to be sure :)

@ jacktheArcher ahh np dude i was know the map will be banned and not the id
but now its clear isn't
Blizzard did indeed say that they would ban maps/players for exporting HotS assets and data into WoL.
hey i have news in the hots mods there are files from some units
- defiler one texture file
- a guardian file a texture ( its also said in wikkia http://starcraft.wikia.com/wiki/Guardian)
- ferrias anti air attack (i seems like its an anti air unit)
- a roach morph spell (i think a ferrias morph from a roach)
- shredder texture (but no model)
- and new queen texture (broodmother and the battle report version)
@rikky333: Go I couldnt find any of the assets you listed. Where exactly are they?
