Like most things, this is probably more simple than i think, but i wonna be sure before i break anything... Again. So how do i do it? Will the new updates affect the map in any way? (Aside from balance of meele units)
Not sure to whom this would be relevant, but I found that the StringToInt and StringToFixed functions no longer work with empty strings. Previously it would return 0 by default. (Shockingly, this actually broke my map a little)
There's a chance this may apply or other StringTo* functions as well.
When we converted Runecraft, we just opened it in the 1.5 editor (after making a backup, of course). Everything worked as it did before. That said, maps do NOT convert back the other way, at least from what I've heard. In other words, once you open a map with the 1.5 editor, you can't go back. That's not a real issue once the patch goes live, since we'll only have the 1.5 editor.

About 20 out of 500+ actors broke in WW2 Diplo/Fate of the Empire.
If you have any custom models be sure you throughly test them first they made changes to how their game handles models and its much stricter about how they are made.
Are they going to purge the list? I think it would be a good thing since if they don't we might have a fair amount of broken maps who's makers left a year ago.
Also if you give damage to unit with behavior buff and the unit has attribute factor bonus, than its no longer applied to the damage added by the behavior. This actually caused lots of problems in 2 of my maps.

It depends on how you have done things. I wasnt affected too much.
Some actors worked before update, but after some didnt display properly (Just needed to fix couple actor events).
Just test it out and see what works and what not.
Also localization didnt work automatically (atleast in the earlier versions)

Have they made some of the few useless triggers actually do something?

can someone confirm if the trigger action Portrait - Set Border Texture is working properly?
I cant seem to set my own border texture after the patch.
