These are folders exported from the mpq.
These folders were added in the mpq file when Aiur Chef mod was released or on PTR or somewhere around then, if I remember it correctly.
Contains a library for the trigger-enhanced abilities. Feel free to extract it; it lacks strings and the data references are all broken, obviously, but it is suggestive of what abilities may be in the map.
Though I wonder why the library would be included in the patch MPQs at all.

But I don't think they are still using these lame script to do abilities, 1.3.0 & 1.4.0 added a lots of new features. And they are still improving the editor (1.5.0 & Hots). So I hope the day we see the BDota, the ability in it will completely done by data.

Much earlier. It added in 1.2.0 PTR. I made a post about the trigger abilities in it at that time
