Well, to your problem:
You're not allowed to use the word "Starcraft". I know it's ridiculous, but that's how it is. Looking at the error message I'd say you have it in your map title or loading screen description. But it could very well be somewhere else.
Remove it, or disguise it (e.g. St@rcraft) and it'll work.
Says this every time i try to publish any map. Please help :S
