Ya know, there are lots of ways to display a healthbar, and since you're so eager on posting screens why don't you show us how the healthbar in question looks like.
I usually just scale them from one big image or have one big unscaled line move from outside of dialog into insides.
Its come to the point where saving takes quite a while now. First time this map specifically has hit that point.
EDIT: Well actually it isn't just a health bar, it involves some other parts outside the health bar's border connected to other unit stats. But mainly its a health bar.
Posting a screenshot like this and not following it up with a screenshot of the actual health bar in question should automatically disqualify you from participating in any future conversations. For humanitarian reasons.
This would have to be a pretty special health bar to need 50 separate textures, considering you can use the UI editor or dialogs to manipulate 1 texture (tint/color/alpha/size/rotation)

Yeah, this is the metal approach to mapping. Im very fond of it, myself.

.... Why not just use a single full image of the bar, put it inside a panel, and then shrink the panel? ................... lol ...................

Special shapes :o.
Yeah, I never made a healthbar that actually requires a moving bar, but this is how I would do it.
However, special shapes kind of explains it.

Those must be some damn special shapes to require 51 separate images.
Just kidding. I can't possibly imagine any single thing requiring 51 separate images under any circumstances.
Damn, that's a lot of files for a custom healthbar. :P
A spiral will do.

Super detailed health pie diagram...
What else would you need that many images for? :D
edit:
Ok, it needs to have some special texture on it, else I would just use the same image and rotate it...

EDIT2: A SUPER Health bar.
Its a spiral!

I was just wondering if having that many images for a health bar was normal D:. But I guess the answer is no.
