Well... its been 1 day since i found out my account got suspended for something I couldn't have done I thought I would wait for customer support to open up so i could call them but turns out the lines were busy for the time i have been calling them (Keep in mind the Australian Customer support lines open at 4AM and close at 1 PM since they open at american times for some weird reason)
well my battle net account got hacked and apparently my world of warcraft account (subscription ended 8 months ago) was used to buy gold/items with real life money... soo I got suspended for 72 hours, which apparently is something that rarely happens according to their website and is for MAJOR issues or final warnings but funny thing is I have never gotten any warning before.
Soo yeh last week when sc2 came out I went to put in the cd key realizing that the game couldnt input all the whole thing and i had to call customer support for that since my account for some reason had some authenticator on it which I never put.
and yeh after all that trouble blizzard has caused for me I resulted to the forums but you know what? I couldnt get onto the world of warcraft forum since ive had no character active for ages... FUNNY since I was suspended for something on world of warcraft that recently happened, Also i tried sc2 forums but you know what? It says I dont even have the product, I go back to my profile and check and guess what ITS THERE!
WTF AM I MENT TO DO?
edit: ok -.- sooo... if your in SEA you cannot access sc2 forums if it says us.battle.net it has to be sea.battle.net HOW AWESOME AND OBVIOUS IS THAT :D
Have you in any chance responded to spams or emails from "supposingly" WoW related names, and NEVER bothered to check if it's sent from a Battle.net server over "Hotmail"?
People can spoof their emails, and send fakes ones, phishing you your email account, and allowing them to do password changes and email changes.
I had a few, But noticed the suspicious (I don't FKIN PLAY WoW, nor bother to play any subscription games), and it's funny cause ALL I used my account for was SC2 Beta.
I use my bro's account since he bought the game, to play online from time to time.
Oh yes, always hit CTRL+A and look at the end of the email to see if it has a hidden ID.
All bots sends trash like these and controls them with invisible text.
