Ultimate Tank Defense has been removed from B.net because blizzard says it was violating something, I changed all the stuff that people could find as vulgar etc but I can't upload the map again, my friend uploaded the 'fixed' version under the name Ultimate Tank Defense!
All I could think it was is that there was a bad'ass' wave and I assume that is why it got deleted, Blizzard never told me why it was deleted because of personal security stuff.. just that it was an Inappropriate Mape (yeah, the GM or whatever called it a Mape so I assume i'm dealing with the bottom o the bucket GM here)
Sorry just wanted to get this off my chest and see what others think about this non-sense.
I hope they don't remove "Debates" just because there's topics such as "Justin Bieber is not gay" and you can type any bad word you want in the dialogs.

You should try to calm down, leave sc2 a bit and take some fresh air. Change your mind man. I know you are really pissed off because your map didn't work out, but we are all in the same bag. I saw a lot of your posts and I was able to see the bad progression of your temper. Cursing all the way at Blizzard won't change anything. You should just wait the patch that will change the popularity system and do something else until then.
What you are doing is not good for yourself and you just risk getting an infraction sooner or later.
You have right to know the reason. That is general knowledge. Yea, they will get fans this way.
Too bad people pre ordered the game. Would be smarter if people would wait after release, then buy.
I don't see what this has to do with people pre-ordering the game or buying the game at all. It is still a good game even though some maps get removed from the system without the map makers getting to know why. That said though I do agree that their publishing system could need some work, particularly the lack of meaningful error messages when trying to publish.
Also as jarltheafro said, did you try to inquire with blizzard about it?

least inquired?
I e-mailed them asking what was the reason it was deleted but have yet to get a response, and I have a QQ post on the SC2 Generals forums.
This is quite unfair IMO, they could have sent me an e-mailing saying what the problem was and giving me a time limit to fix it or they would delete the map instead of deleting the map then sending me an e-mail an hour later after I was trying to figure out where the heck my game went! Maybe this is blizzards way of getting other games a chance to get on page 1.
D: the post I made on general got sent to Technical support, then to custom maps.. it seems blizzard dosen't really know much! Hopefully this gets fixed I have a version update for the game ready to go.
Inappropriate!? Seriously, what could be so inappropriate for players that they would be shocked about. Besides, the SC2 playerbase probably mostly consist of veterans of the internet that wouldn't be shocked by petty things like swearing. Horrible move from Blizzard.
I'm mad too because I really liked your map.
Not to mention there's swearing in the single player campaign itself! This is an outrage!
Thanks for the support guys; I have made the changes to the naming and such and have had it re-uploaded under the name Ultimate Tank Defense! its Published by Brashnard this time becuase I cannot pubish any games for the moment so enjoy :) also fixed a few small bugs.
I agree with you totally. I appreciate blizzards efforts to keep the game free of vulgarity (after all, it is rated T and they wouldn't want parents of little kids to get mad). But there really should be a 1 week or 48 hour warning. And then if you dont fix it, the map goes offline. BUt why exactly can you not just re-upload the map, cyrileo? I'm confused there. OR are you saying you can re-upload it but its not popualr anymore?

I'd just wait for an email reply, and if one doesnt come in a few days, send another one. Theres always the chance it got lost, although I doubt it. Blizzard gets alot of emails, it probably takes them a long time to answer them

I will not get an infraction because I will not do more than what I've already done. I already said what I had to say. :)
And I'm studying and doing my homework. I barely played this week. Too much school work.
So what I'm getting from this is that your map got banned for using a curse word? Wow my map, a day at school rpg, has a couple vulgar terms and some drug references. Oh also you'll be killing cops and teachers, thats pretty inappropriate if you ask me, does this mean i'll have to scrap my map?

Just chill and spam them with emails :) . Change email from time to time hehe.
Or just continue with your map and relax :) .
