Hmm cool, you know Blizz is leading the game when people copy. I've always thought the touch devices would be great for RTS's, but no one serious has made anything good. This may be a good start! May fit better on iPad than iPhone though.
Although I'm sure we all remember the countless generic RTS's that filled the late 90's/early 2000's (before every developer moved to consoles or smart phones). This game looks like it may be one of them, except because it's on a phone it has no competition for the most part... or weak competition I should say.
lol..... Look at 58 seconds- its zerglings! But this whole '3 races' things has been copied lots of time. The humans, the 'infectious, all consuming virus race' and the aliens. Halo used it, starcraft used it, alien vs predator used it....Its been used a lot. If I had an ipod touch I'd buy this.

Hero of Sparta = God of War
Nova = Halo
Modern Combat = Modern Warfare
Starfront = Starcraft
Sacred Odyssey = Legend of Zelda
Shadow Guardian = Uncharted
Gangstar = Grand Theft Auto
Dungeon Hunter = Diablo
Blades of Fury = Soul Calibur
Zombie Infection = Resident Evil
Asphalt = Burnout
Eternal Legacy=FF XIII
That's all I know of right now. All for the iphone. None have had a lawsuit. I wonder if it actually plays decent.
Well like you said, everybody copies everybody else. We kinda used up most of the ideas already :D
But sc1 was fairly old and probably helped to define the sci fi genera. I know alien vs predator was also old and was one of the 'founding' games/movies for the genera.

Blizzard won't report the video because that was made on Galaxy Editor.
I'd never buy this game due to their lack of creativity. This is 100% copied. Even the race colors are the same.
