So, I've received those days lots of weird PM from people on Starcraft. On the last 3 days on Battle.net:
- A strange guy PMed me to say that he will find me and kill me.
- A strange guy PMed me asking my Skype because he wanted to show me his dick. He kept insisting it, and didn't give up until I block him. O.o
- Another guy PMed me to say a hundred bad words.
- A guy I never met before and never talked before PMed me to say he reported me for racism. (?!??!!?)
- A guy PMed me to be invited to join my map. I told him the lobby was full and he got really upset and said "I am hoping for your maps to never get to page 1!!"
- A weird guy I never talked before PMed me asking for Starcraft lessons. He was swearing I was the one he gave $75 dollars for the lessons and was really upset with me thinking that I was stealing his money. I told him I don't even play melee, but he was really upset and even reported me for scam. :(
So, I'm getting a lot of weird people PMing me. Is is just happening to me or other mappers are having the same issue?
You are kinda annoying at times, but I would think you'd like it - You seem to like attention a lot?
Sorry, threatning is never fun, but when it's on the internet you're better of to just ignore it. The cyber-police will always guard you :)
People PM me a lot, but there's nothing notable about the experience. They're not weird people. They're not bad people. But they're not good people. Nor great people.
They're just meaningless people whose existence I can't really find a reason for or justify.
Poor poor Rodrigo.
I get weird PMs all the time. but they where from guest accounts so i back hacked their connection via a program a neighbor of mine gave me and sent them a customized virus.
It formatted any removable disks and wipe their hard-drives and also made their motherboard useless by changing the bios settings for voltage to the max and frying everything.
I am very vengeful.
piss me off and you die.
I have a friend who was a botter for a game (he sold the gold he made) who had about $70 stolen from him by a guy who was higher up in the gold selling hierarchy (I guess he was quitting and wanted a bigger payout). My friend backtracked his account through his email through his facebook through his old elementary school (phoning them pretending to be an old friend trying to get back in touch) and to his parents phone numbers. Hilarity ensued. And yes, he got his $70 back.
While I don't believe you about your story, you could always try something like this.

@RodrigoAlves: Go
They saw your videos and couldn't resist your manliness any longer.
I did get one weird PM recently, but it was nowhere near as weird as yours 0_o
Stop making new topics all the time.
That's debatable.
Report them back.
Blizzard can check all the chat conversations, so they'll see you're just the target.
By the way, you checked their profiles? maybe they were all guest accounts, and a single troll was behind them.
Whatever, weird people, weird people everywhere.
Wrong. I don't like to get attention :(
Hmm... I could be one of these guys when I was drunk, but I can't really remember.
Regarding the topic I have to say, that I once got a PM from someone who said, that my map sucks and I should just kill myself.
At the end of our conversation I found out, that he didn't talked about my project, instead it was the map of someone else ._.
It's just cause ur maps are popular. Just ignore it and/or report it.
I KNEW IT
I don't get any of that shit and my map is on page 1. I think it's just you, Rodrigo.
My guess is that Blizzard doesnt like your critizsm and wants you off the game.
@DarkRevenantX: Go
Rodrigo is quite easy to hate :P
Nope, nobody sends me PM's unless I know them. :D
I guess your just popular. In the bad way =/

@Draconis3216: Go
No you didn't. You sound like an idiot.
@Vexal: Go I call hacks. Or rather, underage for the website agreement.
That was totally me. Don't know about the other incidents, though.
