The first idea is giving a player 2 crawlers and making beams reflect moving balls or stuff, and play some sort of tennis. So many possibilities :P.
Yeah. I was in Rome to play Debates, but no one wanted to play with me. So I had to make Banana Cheaters. :D NEXUS HINDRANCE WAS HAS BEEN PUBLISHED ON US.
You should travel more to places where they don't want to play Debates xD.
But as a huge fan of your other maps, Rodrigo, I feel obliged to say... that this one is quite boring. :/ At least in my opinion. It's better than Nexus Wars, I'll give it that. :D
Maybe we can play it at mapnight (yes, I'll plan on making it this week!) and find some more fun. My testing parties were not very enthusiastic.

Played it and liked it then disliked it. It's fun and unique at first but after a while it just drags on for way too long.Being able to block units causes people to just block off their base making it super turtle status. Only way for someone to attack is to give up a spine crawler to burrow and attack the base itself. But that was just a 2v2 I can only imagine a full game. Needs something to give it spice. It doesn't feel rodrigo to me.

I'm really impressed people on EU didn't like as much as people on US. The game is less intense than my other maps. It's more relaxing, but you still have to do lots of micro with the crawlers. It's really fun when the whole team makes strategies. We played an awesome game where our team was united as SPARTAAAAA. lol. We were like "CLOSE! BRING! PSI STORM! OPEN LINE 3! UPGRADE SPEED! COUNTER-ATTACK NOW!! " lol.
Blocking their base is useless.
1st: You can easily send crawlers to burrow close to their crawlers and destroy them opening the base.
2nd: If they psi storm your crawlers, that means they closed their base too close, so they don't have much space for units. Then you just have to send reapers and colossus to jump the cliff.
3rd: If they did find a way to block the cliff, just send air and the game is over in 2 minutes.
Make the lasers cut units in half instagibbing them rather than block lol.
I thought in doing that. It's easy to do, but that would make the game really boring. You would just burn all enemy units and it's over! No one would never win :P
Btw, I added a DEATHMATCH mode on NHW during a long game. On the Deathmatch, players can't use Nexus abilities (such as psi storm, repair, and create new crawler) and all units have only 10% life. There's also several bugs fixed and lots of balance changes. It's published on US, and I already sent to EagleSight to publish on EU whenever he wants to (version 1.1).

Yeah, same, the beams feel a bit weird after a while, lol. Also, having to build with the crawlers is annoying, needing to deactivate beam mode and the move it away from wherever you have it.
Crawlers are so insane, maybe give them less speed or allow beams only when they root or something. I don't know, gotta play it more :).
