Yesterday I tried to login into my Blizzard account through SC2 site and it blocked my account due to "suspect activities". So it means it was a security measure in case of possible hacks. But now I can't re-enable it. It says my email and account name don't match (wtf?). And the site support is very confusing and misleading and always bring me back to the same page where I must inform email, name and so on.
Has anyone gone thorugh this problem before? Since I can't use the official forums or send a ticket, is there anything I can do but to call support line?
I had this when I changed location often or entered the bnet acc from work... you will get an email for 3 ways to unblock, one of them is reset password - will ask you for secuirty question, you type it, reset password, you are good. The thing is if you continue to change locations it will often block and you will have to repeat these steps.
This is really strange. It happens to me every time I log in from somewhere other than my PC and it's annoying as hell. I always manage to reset my password by E-mail so it's no big deal, but it's annoying still. Can't log in from anywhere other than my home computer...Sounds ridiculous if you ask me!

@SoulFilcher: Go
I had the same issue months ago - just have to call them. They won't reply to emails at all. Hopefully your phone bill won't be too astronomical.
Good luck.
@madlibrarian: Go Their Brazilian phone line is free, which means I can bug them all day and I won't pay a thing.
I'll try tomorrow then.

@Eimtr: Go I'll have to call them, I can't change the password or any other option as it keeps saying my email and name don't match.
