Are you forgetting that Blizzard is a profit organization?
Their forums are another tool to help them sell their products. They've stated this in the past, though not as bluntly. Do you really think they'd want their products criticized like this, and actually support it?
They very likely don't need some forumgoer to tell them what the issues are with b.net. They will already know.
I hate to burst your bubble Rodrigo, but the whole thing is that MVP's need to be the opposite of bad posters. If they're bad posters, they won't get MVP. I'm not saying those people you listed are bad posters, but the fact that their posts are lowly rated will probably keep them from being MVP.
Besides, there will never be a need for four Custom Map MVP's. The current MVP's (and future MVP's) completely fill the "broad spectrum" they wanted. I was chosen for General, Tech, and my knowledge of Mapping. Excalibur was chosen for Multiplayer/eSports. Beam was chosen for his knowledge of Terran strategies, etc. Two more MVP's will be chosen in the near future for Protoss & Zerg Strategies. However, while we were chosen for those positions, we aren't restricted at all, that's just why we were chosen. And with that in mind, we represent all the Blizzard forums.
Anyway, I have disagreed with Blizzard before. The difference is how it is done. I disliked the Character Code functionality, I made a thread about it in the Beta Forums with some good supporting reasons for why I disliked it, and discussion went smoothly. My threads would not have been disliked/lowly-rated. I disliked the Reaper change in the recent patch, but I didn't say, "lol omgad blazzurd, ur fackin dum bro."
tl;dr: They won't make an LVP (Least Valuable Poster) Program.
How do you all not realize that Rodrigo is a troll both on the official forums and this website. He's only concerned with one thing: his own popularity, and contributes literally nothing else anywhere.

The people I suggested have highly rated posts, and they write very good criticism. Blizzard told us on the BlizzCon that they like this feedback, even though sometimes is quite harsh.

Of course Blizzard likes feedback and constructive criticism. But you don't get MVP for giving 3 posts worth of criticism. I had over 1000 posts on the Battle.net Forums just prior to the MVP announcement.
No offense, but it sounds to me like you're just trying to be polite in an attempt to further pressure Blizz with your opinion that the popularity system sucks.

Well, there goes my chance at being a MVP. :P Seriously, I do want to be one. I'm trying to be constructive, but the sarcastic environment there is hard to not copy, just to be funny or something. :/
I'm sure you realize this is a silly idea that they'll never go for.
HEY YOU ! why didn't you bust their balls about the pop system in the custom map Q&A @ blizzcon? :P :P you went all the way there might as well voice the community's anger about the matter in a manly fashion :P

They screen the questions. The two people directly in front of me asked the same question so they didn't let me.

This. They have mods for the '3 posts insulting something' role :D
To be fair, trolling needs to be intentional, or it's not trolling - it's just stupidity. Not that I want to call Rod stupid, but if he's a troll he's a damn well incessant one who didn't mind churning out several good maps just to make his troll work.

I wrote a letter to Blizzard talking about the The Most Valuable Poster Program (MVP).
You might find it interesting: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/925332729
:)
Probably the worst idea I've ever seen.

We got the same system here in mapster already.
We got bad moderators:
Sixen, vjeux, Bifuu, Grum, xHatix, Gorandor, Zarakk, DarkRevenantX, PatchOne, progammer, Twinmold20, Alcoholix, Molsterr, Mozared, Otixa, EternalWraith and ProzaicMuze (I hope I didn't forget anyone)
And good mods:
s3rius
A good balance considering I'm the only one who s3riously matters.
@s3rius: Go
Lol;p
i agree xD
Back on topic, it seems like a good idea kinda, but i dont know whether blizzard would actually do something like that. I doubt it

Y'all getting trolled, once again.
