Pretty minor, but an error none-the-less. If you use an upgrade to increase the damage dealt - attribute factor to deal extra damage to a "Light" unit, it will not deal the damage. However, setting it to deal bonus damage to "Hover" units, will deal the extra damage to "Light" units (and not to "Hover" units).
I tested a bunch of the other attributes, and they are all working as labeled; it is just these 2 that are backwards; and it is only with upgrades.
Anyone who wants to test it easily: Set a damage effect to deal extra damage to light type units, then look at the effect through an upgrade. It will show that the "hover" value is increased, and not the "Light" value.
