Give the leech effect to the ghost's weapon and as long as no other unit has the ghost's weapon, no triggers are needed. With that said, you Could do t with triggers
Use my approach if you want your ghost get % of damage (fraction) and FunkyUserName's for fixed value, that will be independed from damage amount. No triggers needed
You need to check required boxes ( self ally enemy etc) and set them to Allowed. You can also copy that field from search area filters which are set to Allowed by default to avoid 100 clickings. Again want to say that there is no reason to use triggers for this. And event "Unit is attacking with weapon" will lag a game for sure.

There is also "Resource Damage Leech" field in Unit data, just simple as that. Dont forget to set resource leech filters properly.

I set all the leech filters to "allowed' and I did the "resource damage leech", but it didnt work.

To get the missile turret to attack ground, I set the weapon to "required" for ground. That didnt work. What else do I need to do?
did you exclude flying?
I have to do that? What does that do?

How do I increase a unit's size? I dont want it to be able to go down the ramps.

You can modify the SCVs command card in data editor.
You change the footprint I believe.
