The default item system in SC2 is very poorly done. I just want to start by saying that. The 'Move Inventory Item" function might only apply to items on the ground, though without further testing it's hard to say. I recommend you use a dialog inventory system instead since the default system has so many bugs and limitations. There are some dialog inventory libraries here.
Helral have done a very nice job with the dialog inventory system, but my problem is that my map is a RTS, so every unit have veterancy and inventory (including buildings) and it will be very long to create like 60 inventories....
I'll surely take a look at it, but I hope that the next expansion of SC 2 will bring mayor upgrade to the item's system.
Hi! Can anyone explain the 'move inventory item' action? I try do to anything, but this stupid trigger action doesn't want to listen me.
My example is simple. I have an unit with 5 containers and I want to create 5 items in each container.
Anyone got idea?
