Tips popup above the command card, while cheats do not but in the Help menu cheats have to be clicked on to view their description.
How can I create a tip that doesn't pop up above the command card but shows its description in the Help menu immediately?
I'm not sure if there's a way you can create a tip but not show it on the menu with a single action. You do have a few options you can try, though:
If you don't want ANY tips to be shown on the tip panel, just use "Show/Hide UI Frame" to hide the tip panel when the map starts. No tips can be seen, but they will still be in the help menu
You can use the "Clear Tip Alerts" action to clear any displayed tips from the screen. This leaves the tips in the help menu, though. If you use this immediately after creating a tip, it should hide it

Thanks! I noticed the clear tips trigger while I was poking around. While either will work, I think I'll go with hiding the tip panel entirely.
