does anyone know how to make a tip with no alert? i know that there is a Clear Tip Alert action, but that would clear all the alerts, including one of the tips that i do want the alert, and I cant just re-arrange them since i need to keep the order

Hide the tip section for everybody. Use the action show/hide UI frame and hide the frame for tips. This makes it so the tips are still created, but you can't see the alerts.
