1.) Pretty much, yes. IF you are going for triggers. If you just want to increase starting resources by a specific amount, go to the data editor, open the races tab (under advanced I believe) and change the starting resources there (Im pretty sure there's a field for them there). This can be done in the mod.
2.) Pick each player in (All players)
Modify Player (Picked Player) Property (Minerals): (addition) (number you want)
You can change the starting resources for each race in the data editor. No trigger required. Open The Tab races, then select your Race of Choice and Simply modify The starting resources. They will be Applied To every map,created with that mod
I am making a Mod. I want to change the amount of resources each player starts with. (Its a custom melee mod)
1. Do I have to make a seperate trigger in each map the MOD is published with, or can I just have the trigger in the MOD?
2. Can anyone show me a simple trigger that gives each player ADDITIONAL starting resources, beyond the 50 minerals each player starts with?
(Yes, I know this is super easy. But for some reason my trigger won´t work for all players... I just want this to be flawless.)
