I was wondering if anyone could provide me updated information of what I'd need to do to be able to create a Custom Chatbox where I'd be able to assign certain people to one chat then another certain type of people to a separate chat using it?

use the Ui editor to move the chat out of the screen, register the event entered chat string to one of your triggers, display entered chat string to whoever you want to by using dialogs.

Sorry, not the best with the UI editor. How do I move it when it's grayed out and it seems to be unable to be edited?

At the top of the UI, click on XML, not the grey button, but the green button to the left of it.
