Yes, when you are typing in the tooltip, click on "Function" top left and from there you can use Combine Text, or, you could just select the "Variable" tab.
You can see from XGdragons picture add new parameter. Thats how you add more strings. Its way easier to combine multiple variables to text now that I know how to you combine multiple texts (atleast its easier to modify it)

I mean variable strings...It gives me so much trouble when I need to do the tooltips by writing them in 10 different triggers...

Goes with all forms of 'combine multiple'.
Don't use Combine Multiple. Just use Text - Combine. From there it's easy :).

and why not use combine multiple? for me that seems to be better if you need to use multiple variables in tooltips
