I made a very basic trigger and found that 'Attacking Unit' seems to be bugged? The trigger is intended to make a unit use stimpack whenever it attacks.
Unit - Any Unit starts attacking
Unit - Order (Attacking Unit) to (Marine - Stimpack) (Replace Existing Orders)
So basically I have 2 Marines on the map I force one to attack the other, simple enough. What happens thou, is the one being attacked ends up using Stim as opposed to the attacking one?
If I change the action part to this:
Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to (Marine - Stimpack) (Replace Existing Orders)
It then works with the attacking unit using stim. WTF?
Slightly bugged ?
EDIT: I assume Attacking Unit only relates to the event ' A unit is attacked' then.

It's more of a typo really. It should be "Attacked unit". But yeah, it's quite confusing.
