Here's my entry. Meant to be a hydroplant - esq facility, I designed it with the intention of making it seem as if the building was somewhat built in to the area.

I do terrain stuff.

That's all I can do!
I love it. It's a combination we haven't seen a lot before either - good thinking. Main points of improvement, I think, would be the jungle from screenshot one and the area around the waterfall; that could do with some outreaching Rock (Tower) (-like) doodads.
Will be curious to see your updates. Another thought; your river is actually too clean. It's a bit of a style change, but... bear with me - while it looks decent the way it it, remember for a second what a river is. Water flowing downwards. What happens when water flows downwards? Exactly: it drags along anything in its path not properly attached. In a jungle environment and especially near a waterfall where the river is small and fast flowing, this means there should be debris, roots, trees and dead vines all over, in and around the river. If possible overhanging canopy could be added as well (and I think this'd look really good), though your own style of keeping that specific area rocky and tree-less works as well.
The water underneath waterfalls usually tend to have more clarity since the water is calmer, so you can partially see the rock bed at the bottom. Either increase the height of the ground or adjust the alpha settings. Increasing the caustics of the water and changing the direction of the flow wouldn't hurt either.
Alright, small adjustment in response to sgtnoobkilla. Changed the water (at base of waterfall) so as to make it calmer, and easier to see through to the rocks below it.
Edit - when I've tweaked this pretty much to the liking of most of you, I'll upload a new gallery (as I did with my first post).
Another suggestion for a deep chasm river like that: Think about the silhouette of your near shore.
It will add a lot of depth if you have properly placed doodads sticking up in front of the river to break up the outline of your southern cliff. The plants in the lower left corner of the more recent screenshots are a good small-scale example, but it needs something bigger closer to the waterfall.
Essentially, yes. But it works better with something that has a more pronounced outline. Stronger negative space. (Or just leafy tree-tops, depending on the scene.)

When you finish that would you mind posting it? I might have a use for it.

Space platform cliff doodad medium, pretty much.
Well... Here it is.
I warn you... It's an absolute chaos.
@JacktheArcher: Go Feel free to use it... You'll have to remove all the units before your PC explodes :P. It's extremely heavy

Alright thanks. Looks very nice I'll have good use for this.

Ooh very awesome. And are those some of my Protoss Shuttles I see in some of those shots? :D
@Kanitala: Go
It's made with the standard mods. There aren't custom units/doodads/models

Those rapids look awesome!
The transition from cliff-to-water on the left side of the waterfall could use some work though. Looks a bit empty compared to the central rocks.

How's this?
@Mozared: Go
I'll see if I can fit those in there!

Again, will see if I can make this work! Thanks for the advice.
New update. I tried to "dirty it up" as Moz suggested. Not sure what to think - better or worse, or even if it's not dirty enough.
The cliff looks a lot more better now.
As for the 'dirty' issue...

Well, as I work on that (tomorrow, since It's 1:33 here and I'm very tired), here's another section of the map that has been updated.
