This week something radically different from what we've done before. As per yet another idea from SGTMeowmers9, this week's theme is "Photo-synthesis 1". Instead of creating a virtual terrain, I want you to go around in real life and take a picture of actual terrain. Quality and location do not matter at all, as long as some kind of terrain is shown on the photograph. The idea is that you simply snap a shot with your camera or phone when you're traveling or such anyway - no need to put huge effort into it. If you'd like to participate but for whatever reason can't, find me a google picture of an interesting piece of terrain near you (i.e. a mountain near your town). We're gonna take out some of these pictures and try and re-create them in the terrain editor next week, when the theme'll be 'Photo-synthesis 2'. Holiday pictures are allowed as well, if they're interesting.

Well, it's not exacly this. Instead of everyone having their own picture(s), the topic of the WTE is recreating one of the couple pictures you would have found for it.
We could do something like, you present one picture, and everyone has to remake that picture to see how everyone would do the same thing in different ways ;)

Anyway, the other month, I was in Europe - and while I was there I went to the Tatras in Slovakia.
I don't have the camera with me, so I'll have to show you where I took the photo. It's imprinted into memory, though, so it shouldn't be hard.
