Ok basic need is that the bottom of the cliff should be kinda fog coverd like in some campain maps and they seam to have deep cliffs. When i go as deep as possible with normal cliffs then i never get the fog effect i'm looking for, how can i achive this effect?
It is however outdated, I'll give you that; go Modules > Data > Terrain Texture Sets > Select your texture set from the list. From that point, find all the values starting with "Fog" (there should be eight) and play with the options to get your fog in there. Make sure 'Fog Enabled' is set to 'Enabled', past that the interesting settings are 'Fog Color', 'Fog Density', 'Fog Falloff' and 'Fog Starting Height'.

This is in the FAQ, my friend ;)

Now fog off :D
You can also make even deeper cliffs using the CliffHuge0 models from the map I posted here: http://www.sc2mapster.com/forums/development/terrain/31148-taller-cliffs/#p1
(Increasing the height of cliff models by 100% allows you to change the lowest cliff level of -8 to -16, for example.)
