Under the actor for your custom doodad you can set the footprint and then just throw in an event that on actor creation sets the opacity of the model to 0.

WTE stands for Weekly Terraining Exercise. Like Scorp said, I put up a new WTE every monday, meaning participants have a week to upload their creationsi. It's not that close though, and I'm not saying your terrain isn't welcome on these boards anymore if you post something on tuesday.
Ill wait the next WTE ( i know what WTE means i readed all your tutorials) so ill wait the next WTE it will be my first map to work on so dont think ill blow you with my work but ill get all critics so i can improve my skills.
Just have an invisble bridge doodad actor with the footprint for the whole arena and make the rest just be visuals.

Well, I did not know you could make your bridge invisible with the footprints.
