How can i place for example "space platform reactor" integrated on the floor with a nice design to it, I don't know how to correctly use these doodads, help please.
You should hide the terrain cells where you want it, put the reactor and some other doodads around (so you don't see the bottom of the map behind the reactor) and then put a glass doodad over it. Make sure you select all doodads and mark 'don't use doodad footprint' so your units can walk over it. The link b0ne gave you should help you with making it.
There is a terrain object that can be moved by 2x2 terrain squares shaped like the reactor that hides the terain for you to see it. An alternative is to use triggers to hide a large patch of terrain (not in standard triggers need to refer to valerian02) and use a mask shaped like the hole for the reactor attached to the reactor model.
