Just a quick cityscape I did mostly for praticing with Sc2's lightning system, ended up being better than what I expected so I decided to post it here.
Reminds me a lot of Mass Effect's Illium. Gorandor's right - you could improve it by making the buildings stand by themselves a little more rather than having one huge wall of 'building'. It's pretty nifty as is, but it could be slightly better that way.
Also, I might be too influenced by Illium as it is, but I'd turn the frontal area into a balcony looking out over the city rather than a park-ish area.

P.S: First post in mapster, hi everyone!
Edit: Yay, figured out how to do attachments!
Good work on the pic. when i seen it, it inspired me to make one! but i need to know how to take a fullscreen screenshot cause it always adds the sides

@Darkyvm: Go
thats purdy
Kinda decent. Its too cluttered though. You can't see the defined shapes of the Korhal Buildings. Also, the area up front is kinda deserted.
Different Skybox could help with the first. A few benches & a fountain with the second.

First of all, thanks for the feedback.
@Gorandor About the skybox, do you have any suggestions? That was the only skybox I could find that would fit a night time scene.
@Mozared I originally intended to make that a balcony, but well... it kind of failed so I went with a small park.
@Darkyvm:
Aiur isn't bad either. If you got the right side of that Skybox.
Dunno what people r saying about the skybox but i rekon its suits it quite well =) Looking great!! Which one did you use? or is it a custom one?
i wish i lived there ...
