Ok, I know is possible to make the pylons power area bigger, but what about the Hexagon area around the Pylon?
The idea is to make the area MUCH bigger, while keeping the hexagons themselves the same (aka not bigger)
Those hexagons would turn into the base of a table top trigger controlled game like chesscraft, but units would move in all hexagonal directions, a set number of times (depends of the unit), with diferent types of attack and... well I am just talking crap...
In short, how can I steal the pylons power area art, make it bigger and apply it to the terrain?... or is that even possible?
ZeroAme has the right idea. It's all about the texture. While you could apply a new texture to the pylon power field, it would make more sense just to apply the texture directly to the terrain.
If you are wondering, I tried applying the texture for the power field as a terrain brush, and it doesn't work so great:

But it does show you that the idea is possible. If you get the right texture, you can make the terrain look exactly as you need.

Well it is a texture but you could simply make your own terrain texture and use it. Look for some tutorials on making your own terrain

@MasterDinadan: Go
You guys are right, that makes a lot more sense :)
Now lets look for some texture tutorials
