I know how to create an inventory, an item, and place that item in the world for the Player to pick it up, as well as how to create abilities for my units.
The only thing I have trouble grasping is the requirement node system, and how to use it to check certain behaviors or units. AFAIK, there's some sort of methodology for making a requirement that checks if a certain behavior/effect is there, and a Validator checks that requirement for a spell.
Can anyone explain this here? Or perhaps post a map that has the correct info?
Alternative solutions are good too, IE: a trigger that counts a variable and tests to see if a player has a certain number before allowing a spell cast.
