recently i try to import my 3d model in the map maker ,
so i use 3dmax's plugin M3
but when I use it i run in to a probblem
Export failed! Unknown property:"materialType] in Default:tandard
another is Export failed! Runtime error:No mesger found
anyone know how to fix it?
btw, what's the render type this plugin support? anyone know?

hmm this is semi related, but i can't seem to get mine to work. I'm obviously new to this and i tried running the script and all that but i can't seem to import m3 files. What am i missing here? I'm sure it's something really simple that i've been unabled to notice due to my noobishness.
the stupid stick figure is irrelevant, i was just cuz i was bored and started messing around with the program.
Currently i'm trying to import a starcraft 2 model that i've extracted, but it doesn't show up. If i switch to see all files and try to load it anyways, it doesn't work.

You need to have only 1 mesh. I think.
And you cant have strange bone structures.

Can you post a screen of your scene ? But make it transparent so I can see bones, if there are any.

Can you attach all meshes s they are 1 and try exporting then ? Make a backup now.
wait, are you talking about HL2DM's problem or mine? i just exported it from sc2 base assets.
