Is there a specific file format/dimension required for the large/small preview images? I tried to set the loading screen as the preview image and on battle.net only a blank space appears.
Which blank space did you get ? white/black ? Maybe you can tried resize and rescale your loading screen and import it in for the preview image. Not sure if it got auto scaled to square. And if tga not work try dds
