So I'm making a campaign right now, and soon I'll have a new level set up, so I'll be able to add a final, "Load Next Map," trigger and finish the map in question. But how do you play it? If I made a campaign, do I have to publish all the maps or is there a way to just play it on my comp and give it to others to play?
blizzard released the game when the game was finished. They were not concerned with the editor's status. However! The entire blizzard campaign was said to be made in the galaxy editor, and between that and editing the text you should be able to get saved variables to move over across maps. Transition will not be seamless but blizzard has announced that this would work in the future. You will simply have to go back and add the transition triggers at a later time. Sorry.
So no worries wolf.. Keep it going man. Like ^ said, just have the players save at the end of map one then show some credits and say to be continued on <map name>
Hmm, I guess that'll have to do. So lemme pitch my first question just so I'm not confused, and I know I'll feel stupid when I hear the answer: how do I simply load the maps in the SC2 menu screen?
Publish them, and they'll show up in the list when you click Co-op vs. AI or Create Custom Game. There is no way of launching a map from within the game without publishing it first.

Custom campaigns aren't currently supported. This will probably be added in a patch.

Damn! All this stuff the editor gives, and they take out the ability to let you make a campaign?!
