I made a bunker with a custom Load/Unload ability that is upgradable two times to increase the cargo size to 6. The problem is that that bunker no longer displays the bar above it that shows how many units are in it and how many more can fit, and enemy units also will ignore the bunker if another one of the player's units is nearby; kind of like how if something is auto-attacking an SCV, and a Marine walks up and starts attacking, the first unit will change targets because the SCV is low priority. Except in this case, if an SCV is nearby my bunker, the enemy units will retarget my SCV, and then if I bring them to a different bunker type of mine, they will switch to that bunker.
So basically, enemy units will only target my bunker if there are no other nearby units of mine, and also it doesn't show the capacity bar. Has anyone seen this before, or know how to fix it? I assume it's because the enemy is considering my bunker as a static structure, something that isn't attacking (despite having active Marines inside), which would explain why they go after an SCV instead. I compared my two bunker types as much as I could but everything appears to be identical.
Edit: Removing the bunker's ability to upgrade (morph) into the other type fixed the problem. Now I have to figure out a way to keep the ability to upgrade, and the regular bunker behaviors..
I don't have a solution, but I have the exact same problem. I have a bunker where you can upgrade it's cargo size with a morph ability and but it doesn't show the capacity bar unless I remove the morph ability. There is no relation between the abilities yet they are affecting each other.
Edit: Sorry, I did a search of the problem I had and didn't see that this post is over 2 years old. I just got so excited when I saw somebody else had the exact same problem I was having that I made an account and posted.
For the cargo bar, go to the actor of the bunker and its morph and scroll down to a field called something along the lines of "UI Status Bar Flags" or so, double click it, and you should get a window with a few checkboxes (Life, Shields, Energy, Duration, Progress and Cargo if I remember right), make sure Cargo is checked. It is by default I believe, so if it already is checked, I don't know what causes the cargo bar to disappear.
I know morphs can be a bit tricky sometimes, I've never used them myself though so I don't know that much about them.
For the attack priority, there is a field called "Attack priority" in the units tab, just change that (I think 20 or 21 was the default, just check marines or some other unit to find the appropriate number)
Also, don't worry about necroing a thread... The necro made sense in a way. Just don't necro off topic threads about discussions that have long since ended and are outdated :p
Oh, and I almost forgot...

As for the problem, I believe the checkbox you're talking about is "FlagShowStatus" and "FlagShowCargoSize" which I have checked. Everything works perfectly fine when I run it without the morph ability. Its when I have both the morph ability and the bunker load ability when the load bar doensn't show. On top of that I duplicated everything I saw related in the Bunker Load ability. Weird huh.
This problem never happened until I gave my upgraded bunker a different cargo size. When the cargo size was the same, the bars would show for both bunkers. When I changed the cargo size and maximum units for the upgraded bunker, the bar on the first bunker disappeared but the bar for the upgraded bunker worked.
I'm looking more into my morph ability right now to try and see if it has anything to do with this. I did base it off of the command center morph which is a unit that can also load/unload. It's weird though because I'm not using my morph ability or anything. Just the bunker having the morph ability removes the bar. So weird.
Sorry to necro this thread a second time, but does anyone know the answer to this? I have a bunker-ish unit that morphs into a similar unit with higher capacity. (from 4 to 5). I have UI status bar forced on +cargo, but it never shows for the morphed unit.
