Lately there has undoubdtly been a flooding of questions that have been answered before. Mostly these questions are asked by the newer mapsters and therefore I have a proposition directed towards you beginners - please, use the search function.
I believe that over 50% of all the questions asked have been answered and is not very hard to find with the search function.
If you use it you will not only prevent flooding but also probably get your answer much quicker.

Still there's a lot of unsolved problem get asked over and over again (like how do i activate abilities with dialog and show the cursor, etc...) We need to sticky some kind of these and current workarounds with its weakness
That is true. What about creating a sub-cathegory for Map Developement titled "Solved Problems" or something. Where you can put all the threads that actually solves problems.
Having tags would probably help alot, as when I search the forums myself I often end up finding posts that have nothing to do with what I am trying to look for just because it happens to have 1 word in my search function alot of times. I try to avoid asking questions but sometimes it's just easier to ask, so I can understand why people make new threads about things.

Or maybe integrate some kind of "Tag" function.

What would be nice is to make a Frequently Asked Question sticky with the answers of common questions and links to more complete answers.
@Mogranlocky:
Yeah I understand them too but I bet just a part of em actually tries to use the search function anyhow :P
@vjeux:
That would be THE wall of text. But yeah its a good idea.
