Well I don't have any use for it yet. But if you want advisor, then you'll want things like
"Our troops need additional reinforcements" (Build more troops)
"Secure additional resources" (Low Income)
"Our troops are poorly equipped" (Research Upgrades)
"Our ally needs additional resources" (Give resources to ally)
"Our defences should be reinforced" (Prepare for an attack)
"Our forces need should be mobilized for war" (Prepare to attack)
"Our ally needs our assistance" (Ally under attack, however when worded like this, it could mean anything)
"Our forces are under attack" (Under Attack)
"Declaring war may be unwise"
"An alliance could be very beneficial"
"Our forces cannot sustain themselves" (Need more supply?)
"Our ally has betrayed us!"
Though you may not want to phrase it quite like those. However the way you word them can make them more useful in different situations. Such as "Our defences should be reinforced" could mean either you are about to be attacked, or that the game has calculate that your defences are weak.
"Our forces cannot sustain themselves" could mean any manner of things, depending on the game.
Let's say you had the possibility of having new voices for announcers and advisors. What are general purpose lines you'd find useful in your map?
@IskatuMesk: Go
Hmmm... Probably something along the lines of
"Good job! You sure showed those guys!"
and some kind of
"Our base is under attack" notice.

Could probably think of some others, with time.

I will do a variety of takes for each line so people can pick and choose the diction they want.
I cant believe those mod utility voices includes stuff like "Owned!" and "GG!" but not "minutes", "seconds", etc. What a letdown.
ZzZzzz not the full editor. Wait until release before you decide to judge it like that.
