I made a custom copy of the transfusion ability and effect but for some reason I can not find where to modify the energy cost for it. Can someone point it out to me? Sorry for the stupid question.
Also if anyone knows how to make this an auto cast ability that would help also. I tried to do this as the medivac heal ability but it tried to channel it instead of just giving it all at once.
It says it can auto-cast now but I have not seen it do it yet. It also seems to be taking a very long time for it to actually cast. How would I solve this? I already have the cast start cast finish and finish times all set to 0. I have the requirement for the units health to be > 0.
It's actually just a building I also have the cast and auto-cast range at 500 I have a unit right next to it that i attack to bring it's hp down then wait for the building to auto-cast.
Yeah sure I'll post it. It starts with enough energy as far as I can tell. I usually just have one of the units attack the scv or whatever. I didn't really give it any limitations on what couldn't be healed.
lol wtf I must have miss clicked when I meant to say exclude that fixed it. Thanks for the help sorry it was something so minor and silly. The auto casting still takes about 10 seconds to cast though.
I just made a whole bunch of units fight each other and i noticed it going off a few times it works well enough that i doubt people will notice thanks ^.^
Yeah it seemed to have an issue with that one immortal that wasn't named properly for some reason when I had an actual battle going it was casting it efficiently enough for it to not make a difference. We'll see how it plays out later on when I finish the map.

Ability -> Cost tab -> Cost - Vitals
To make it Auto-Cast...
Ability -> Stats Tab -> Auto-Cast
Also go to Ability -> Ability tab and set Auto-cast filters to Player, Ally
Probably want to add a validator too, so it's not used on units with almost full health.

Really depends on what you're doing. If you keep giving move orders it won't auto-cast, for example.

You sure it has enough energy? I don't know what else might be up. I can take a look if you post the map, but I am by no means a pro.

You have auto-cast set to Required: Missile?

I removed all the other units and the ability was cast right away. Think your problem was that it wasted a cast on another unit.
