Okay, you guys might remember that long thread about me making Dark Swarm with the help of some people. I based it off Psi Storm for the targeting, but then used the Guardian Shield effects. Docablo showed me how to make a dummy unit that would suicide when cast, and it would cast Dark Swarm. Right now, Dark Swarm is a modified Guardian Shield that protects you from ranged damage.
Problem: before phase 2, my hero who cast it, under the Dark Swarm's field, would take no damage from the marines and the marauders in the lower right. Now, phase 2 comes along, and my hero takes 1 point of damage per hit, even though, it should be negating a max of 100 damage (no unit does more than 100 damage in one shot, except maybe Battlecruisers). I tried maxing out the damage that would be negated, but that seemed to cause a problem in which he took the max damage that a unit could unleash on him (maybe I entered the number wrong or something).
Here's the most current version of the map. DO NOT download the earlier versions as they are broken due to the changes in Phase 2's editor. Can anyone tell me what I can do using just the Data Editor to make it so my hero or any ground unit under Dark Swarm's effects will take 0 damage, period?
Edit: I figured it out. You need check the "Modify Minimum Damage" box in the first tab when you edit Damage Response.

There's a minimum damage defined in the Gameplay tab of the Data Editor which is set to 0.5 at default. So another way to fix this globally would probably be setting this to 0.
