How can i add/remove/change the standart resources like minerals or vespene?
There are 4 resources total. There is minerals, vespene, terazine and custom. You can rename them but not add/remove them.

You can hide them though. Search for "Show/Hide UI frame" and then search the list of the presets for the resources.
