The reason I put this here is because it deals with questions from about every section and I didnt feel like spamming with 7+ threads with 1 question each ^_^
1. How do I create a building (As in a controlled building) that will A:) whenever it reaches 1 HP it is transfered to the player who 'killed' it. B:) Whenever the
person 'kills' the building it will refresh its health. C:) The new owner of the building gains XX resources every XX seconds.
2. How do i change Ambient settings for lighting?
3. When I create a hero could i possibly just take the template (Lets say i have a hero created with no actor attached to it yet with an inventory in it) could I just duplicate it and add the actor and change seetings on it?
4. How to set player starting points.
5. How to create a unit group (this I forgot xD).
6. Can someone explain the basic uses for the data(editor?)?

1. Create a trigger that catches the building's destruction and instead gives it to another player. Search the forums for the resurrection thread (The reverse-death zeratul). It does exactly what you want, pretty much.
2. I have no clue actually - never used this feature, can't you just go to the lighting editor?
3. No, you have to duplicate the actor also. But this just means duplicating twice.
4. It's in the point editor (duh! :) ) (second button in the point editor)
5. new action, unit group -> you'll see all the available stuff. Seriously, you can find this stuff out by opening the editor.
6. Duplicating heroes and actors.
7. I can't read this question - but if you want to connect an actor to a unit, go to the actor and just click the Unit Name row on top.
Leaving the other questions for people who know more in that area of the editor :P
If you go to window>lighting, you can change alot of lighting values, the color of which it will light, and a tip is to just tweak all values, because there's such a variety of how it can look, specularity and bloom values are my favorites to change :3

The 7th questions I meant combining two actors for one unit. Such as a photon cannon with a pylon in the middle. Do you understand ?
1. Can't just just have a event that sets the HP back to maximum at the same time that is changes sides?
7. He means how do you join units into one unti, like the Uberlisk with it's killer dreadlocks. I beleive he wants to put a pop up perdition turret on a bunker. For that you'd have to do join them at an attachment point, that's the limit of my knowledge though i'm affraid.
