I read some threads on this board which stated that cinematic mode turns off some sound channels. The problem I've been running into is when I run a transmission trigger, I want my unit to make a sound while its talking (just a unit-what sound or something like that). One solution was to create a trigger which turns the sound channels to 100%.
I've been searching around and I can't find any which turns all sound channels to 100%. I did find one where I could turn an individual sound channel to 100%, and I keep fiddling with them but none of them seem to be the right one. Does anyone here know which sound channel plays unit speech? If I know that, I can turn that up and hopefully it'll work during my cinematic.
I'm not sure what UI is. When I went to my "Set Volume of Sound Channel" triggers, UI is listed, so as far as I'm concerned, it had something to do with the sound. I'm not totally sure how to hide it or what it does is what I'm trying to get across.

Bump. Been trying to find the correct sound file. Driving me nuts, haha =P
@Frightwolf2005: Go
You could just hide the UI
I believe that differnt the the cinematic mode
The Distance value on your cameras can also cause you to be "too far away" from the source of the sounds so you cant hear them.
Hide the UI? I think I saw that as a sound channel if I remember correctly, but I'm not sure what that means.
..... Pretty sure sounds are not part of the ui

Figured it out. Set Voice to 100% before the sound plays for anyone wondering.
How about for all other sounds like ambient, doodad sounds, etc? This isn't working for me.
