I have a button to go to command card 2 where I have several upgrades. When I click an upgrade it puts me back on Command Card 1. I want it to stay on command card 2 until the player exits manually. Is this possible?

You can overlap upgrade abilities on the same command card , So that they dont have to switch at all. Have you tried doing that?

Yes I have 10 in one slot for instance, but when I buy one, it reverts back to command card 1. It's annoying if you are trying to buy more than one upgrade at a time you must keep clicking back and forth between the command cards.

No, it's not possible. The game UI always reverts to the default command card after a button is clicked.

Just a half assed idea, you could use triggers

are there events for upgrade/ability used?

i dunno if there are actions to revert it to command card two though as i havent used this at all

duplicate the command in the button you use to switch to command card 2 and then put that under the upgrade command in command card 2. i don't know but it might switch to 1 and then quickly back to 2. I dont know because i dont know how to get to the second command card in game.
