Alright I am currently having several problems with items.
1.) I currently have it so an item enables an ability. I want to have it so after the unit uses the enabled ability the item is removed. I have a trigger, but once the ability is used it removes the item before the ability's effect is actually used.
2.) I currently have another item that increases damage when held. I want to have it so that after the unit attacks a certain amount of times it is removed.
3.) Another problem that I have no idea the solution is I have a unit with an inventory, and every so often the inventory and equipment disappears. I think it has something to do with the Yamato Gun ability, because the only unit that is having problems is the one with that ability. Maybe something with the channeling of it.
If anyone has ANY idea on any of these please let me know.

Dunno about #3 but the solution to your other problems is to use charges in the Cost field.
