Where are the maps you download on B.net, like, say I play a game on Bnet and I want to look at the triggers, where are the maps downloaded to? location ect? please halp :D
First of all I'd like to point out you shouldn't bump your map every 2 hours, someone will find your post regardless. Secondly, I just checked it myself and found out where it is in a few seconds. You open up your SC editor, press the open button. Swap to the Battle.net tab and log in. Then you select the map you wish to open by choosing recently played or any other where you can find the map again. It turns out the maps are either not saved on your own computer except for campaign and own-made maps or you are required to log in to open them from an MPQ file or something. But either way I could find all maps from there that are published and thus playable online.
I'm not 100% sure but I believe that I'm right. When a map Is published as locked it is then recreated as a new different file type that only starcraft can read but not the editor. So even loading that file to see the terrain should be impossible.

Go to File -> Open
There is a Battle.net tab in there, you will have to log in, but they are all listed there.
Hope that helps

Tried there, the one I want to open is not there :< Anymore ideas?
Hmmm... If its not there... Have you tried searching for it on here as well as else where?
It could be set to private so you cant download it and edit it. If that were the case, you might be out of luck.

I am looking for Ultra Tag
Bump.. :o
Sry for the late reply, the maps u download and play are only viewable in the editor if the aurthor published them unlocked.
You can't view it because the aurthor doesn't want you to.

Are you sure? I thought only locking stopped you from looking at triggers ect, but you can still see the Terrain.

Well if so, do you know any maps that are like kodo tag from Warcarft 3 that are unlocked? (for starcraft)
I don't know the map. What are you trying to do? Maybe we can help.
