Can someone please help me. I have my map. It's a 4 player melee/FFA map. However I want other player positions open so it can have spectators....

I've gone into player properties and set the others players who dont have a starting point as having "none" in control....
But you see, To get any option of having the map with observers i have to set it as custom, and not melee...
So in short. Am I going to have to map two maps? One that is a custom map where observers can be added, and a melee map where people wont bother having observers in it?
no good. Try opening my map.. and make a spectator. fill it up and try again.. nothing. the options show but u cant click it. It was available until I set the varients the way I thought I wanted them. I have no idea what allowed my map to have spectators, but whne I messed with that, suddenly i cannot have them.

spectators are not allowed in melee games
I have set up maps with spectators before. All you do it right click a name when you're the host and hit "make spectator" hope this helps.

Curse Premiumno.. it doesnt help through game varients, or game attributes, it must have something to do with the players that we have arranged.

you simply make player to spectators in the lobby
