Using the map editor, how do I make a building cloaked?

I think you just cloak it.
For example, the mothership does that...

@Bareleon: Go Depends on how you want it done. If the structure is always cloaked, no matter what, just check the flag for the unit.

I tried that. but when I went to flag, it had a number next to the word cloak (or cloaked not sure what the word was) and the number was zero.

Yep, when you build more than one of that building, it is cloaked.
