I can't seem to find why the moving animation does not play when the scv is building the structure, everything else like the building model and his 'Work' animation is fine. Building time is also 40 secs to be sure its not rng playing with me. I also noticed the stages in 'Terran Construction' actor that seem to define the 'Walk' -> 'Stand' loop the scv supposedly does when building, but don't know how it can be utilized or what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Finally found out why. It's actually the UI Maximum/Minimum Fidget Delay in the build ability. Of all the tabs it had to be in "UI". Wow. Btw, in case this comes in useful, I think the stages in defined in actor "Terran Construction" are nothing to do with the fidgeting, but rather the building model animation. You can actually view the different animations of the model in the cutscene editor by right-clicking the timeline section (stumbled upon it by chance myself lol).

Have you tried changing the construction mover?
