How are your units entering the vehicle?
I made an inventory item feedback demo map a while ago. Maybe a similar system could be applied to transports since all cargo/ammo/item units are given the hidden flag at a 0 radius that searches can find. Rest would just be a stat comparison system similar to my choosable attributes demo map.

Exactly.
How are your units entering the vehicle?
It's kinda like a neutral Medivac that can load strictly one unit, but from any player ; and the vehicle changes ownership via a behavior applied by the loaded unit.
As I am unfamiliar with that game you will need to be more specific with the details of the gameplay that you want for SC2.
So standard ownership change when entering via a Transport ability.
As stated before make the host unit apply a 0 radius Search Area effect that requires the Hidden flag to find units within the cargo. Based on this you can then use a Unit Compare Behaviour Count validator to compare the Buff behaviour stacks used to apply the attributes between the two units using a periodic buff effect that adds or subtracts based on the stack count differences. This method only works if the attributes are added via buffs. On the main unit requirements can be used to compare different behaviours, however for different units some for of adapter buff count is needed.

I'd like to make something like Original War, where you have individual units with various attributes that you can put in vehicles (tanks, etc).
So I need to be able to let those attributes influence the vehicle, but I don't really see a way to do it efficiently.
Any suggestion ?

Yes but you need to apply the attributes using buff stacks since those are easier to manipulate.
