Ok. I have created portrait and wana change it scale size. ScaleMin and ScaleMax fields gives nothing. Is any way to change portrait model size (hope without actors)?
Find the actor called PortraitActor and adjust that via the Set Scale event action. This might be easier just to have that actor as the Hosting - Host Supporter - Subject for your Unit actor and in the set scale event you have ::Supporter in the target field.

I tried to change it, but portrait models do not seem to respond at all to scale, opacity or tint color changes. So far, only texture swapping and disabling visibility (results in a black portrait) was successful.

I'm talking about individual portrait. This portrait just for transmissions... no one of my map units has this portrait. So cant do that via unit actor.
Why I cant just change scale in the model? So bugggy =(

Update:
For whatever reason, many of these actor messages only work with a 0 timer in-between (texture swapping being an exception, ironically).
I could apply following messages so far:

Silly question? You tried using the camera editor under the view menu of the object previewer?
