So, the door have animations for opening, staying opened and closing, but actor events or triggers don't do anything, while with any other door model, that works. Do someone have the same problem ?
Yep. Checked about 5 or 6 times. Maybe that's because the animation is Highlight ?
I will try with different doors from story mode. I saw they all have about the same animation names.

Sure you set up the apply animation bracket or play animation forever event actions were set up correctly?

Ok, you checked what names the campain uses for them? Ie the hub map?
